IMBIBE Awards
The M. P. Biotechnology Council has a mandate of facilitating education and research in the field of Biotechnology. The Council aspires to create a vibrant environment in biotechnology research and promote young budding talent involved in biotech oriented research work in the state. With this vision MPBTC is planning to introduce a scheme of awards in Biotechnology. The objective of constituting the award is to identify and nurture outstanding young scientist in frontier areas of biotechnology in the state. Under the award scheme fellowship will be provided to Junior Research Fellows working in PhD and Senior Research Fellows doing research after obtaining a PhD degree in Biotechnology from institutes in Madhya Pradesh. 10 fellowship awards will be given in each category every year. The mode of selection will be based on Imbibe Award examination which will be conducted by M.P. Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM) as per details furnished by MP Biotechnology Council.
